What is our Short Sale Apprentice (SSA) program? We know times are tough for realtors and many of you may “get” our program, but don’t have a short sale listing of your own that qualifies for our purchase. In response to many requesting a referral we developed our SSA program. What is a Short Sale Apprentice? Anyone – real estate agents, mortgage brokers, investors, anyone who refers a short sale candidate to Your Luxury Home Group. We pay you 10% up to $5,000.00 when we successfully close the transaction. Yes you read it right – 10% up to $5000.00. How exciting is that?!

“I had the opportunity to work as a Short Sale Apprentice with Your Luxury Home Group on a short sale located in South Carolina.
I located a property through the MLS system which met the buying criteria and was advertised as a short sale. I contacted the listing real estate agent concerning the property. I shared with him The Real Estate Secret Weapon provided by Your Luxury Home Group. He was interested and said he would talk with his sellers. They too were interested. I obtained the information and submitted a Property Information Sheet to the team for approval. The property was approved as a candidate.
At this point I could have stepped back and let Your Luxury Home Group and the real estate agent do the rest. However, I wanted to learn as much as I could about the process, so I stayed involved in getting the documents signed and obtaining the information needed to work the short sale. It was a great learning experience, but on future deals I will turn it over to Your Luxury Home Group and let them handle these steps. In the later stages of the process on this property that this is exactly what I did. They kept me informed of the progress throughout the process.
The result. Your Luxury Home Group got the price negotiated for a short sale to the point where a buyer was found for the property. The real estate agents received a full commission and I received $5000.00 for serving as a Short Sale Apprentice. The money was wired straight into my account at closing.
